In 2025, we successfully completed a turnkey Design & Build project across three levels of a high-rise facility, covering a total area of 16,469 sq. ft. This future-ready space was developed to support both high-performance laboratory functions and modern corporate operations, reflecting our commitment to creating world-class environments tailored to evolving scientific and business needs. The project was executed on a fast-track schedule, maintaining quality and coordination across all trades.

The laboratory areas span over 5,000 sq. ft. and are equipped with multiple fume hoods, including ductless units, precision-controlled ventilation systems, modular workstations, epoxy-coated worktops, and dedicated storage zones. Essential safety systems such as canopy hoods and emergency eyewash stations were also integrated. The infrastructure was designed to meet international standards, ensuring airflow efficiency, chemical containment, and long-term operational durability. Special attention was given to utility planning to support current lab functions and accommodate future upgrades with ease.
The office zones, spread across two levels, were developed to foster collaboration and productivity. These include executive cabins, meeting rooms, open-plan workstations, and a cafeteria with breakout spaces. Additionally, one floor was allocated for a specialized laboratory built with stringent biosafety considerations such as HEPA-filtered ventilation and seamless interior finishes. Our turnkey scope included civil interiors, modular furniture, MEP systems, gas lines, and custom ventilation—delivered with attention to detail, safety, and compliance. The design ensured a smooth transition between lab and office areas, promoting integrated workflows and team synergy.
